This recipe is "da' bomb!" Made it afer church on Sunday afternoon for my Dahling and me, and oh, my, my! Used 1 can of extra hot Rotel and since I didn't have regular Rotel, substituted a can of petite diced tomatoes and chopped green chilis. Used 1 can beef broth and upped the chili powder (McCormicks Hot Mexican) and cayenne (we love HOT!!!) I did use the "store bought" chorizo, but after reading the ingredients on the label (disgusting!!), I will be making my own chorizo. Slightly mashed the beans and served this with cheesy jalapeno cornbread. Yummy, could eat this for breakfast!
