STRAWBERRY BREAD
3 cups all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon salt 2 cups sugar 1 1/4 cups vegetable oil 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon cinnamon 4 eggs, beaten 2 cups sliced strawberries 1 1/4 cups chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease 2 (9x5x3-inch) loaf pans.
Combine dry ingredients. Add eggs, oil, strawberries and pecans. Stir just until all ingredients are moistened. Spoon batter into prepared pans.
Bake at 350 degrees for 60 to 70 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool in pans 5 minutes, the remove and cool on wire racks.
