STEAK PIZZAOLA
2 Tbsp. COLAVITA EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 (12 oz.) can tomato puree 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese 4 flat-leaf parsley sprigs, chopped 1/2 tsp. basil 1/2 tsp. oregano 2 (1 inch-thick) beef porterhouse or shell steaks 1/2 pound COLAVITA SPAGHETTI, cooked Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-low heat. Add garlic and saute 1 minute.
Add tomato puree and simmer 20 minutes.
Add cheese, parsley, basil, oregano, and steaks, and simmer 6 to 8 minutes on each side, turning, or until cooked to desired doneness.
Serve steak and sauce over spaghetti.
