TURTLE CUSTARD PIE
1 package (6 ounces) prepared 9-inch chocolate cookie crust 1/4 cup caramel ice cream topping 3 eggs 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated) 2/3 cup low-fat or nonfat milk
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Spread topping over bottom and sides of crust.
Beat together remaining ingredients. Pour into crust.
Bake until knife inserted halfway between crust and center comes out clean, about 40-45 minutes.
Cool at room temperature for 1 hour. Store in refrigerator.
