HOT BACON POTATO SALAD
2 slices bacon 1/4 cup vinegar 1 tsp finely chopped onion 1/2 tsp pepper 1 tsp salt 2 tsp sugar 3 cups sliced hot cooked potatoes 1/4 cup PET Evaporated Milk 1/2 cup chopped celery
Cut bacon in small pieces. Fry in skillet until crisp.
Stir in vinegar, onion, pepper, salt, and sugar. Pour over hot sliced potatoes.
Toss until vinegar is absorbed into the potatoes. Pour evaporated milk over potatoes. Add celery. Toss to coat potatoes evenly. Serve warm
