BURGER BUNDLES
1 cup herb seasoned stuffing mix (or 1 (6 oz.) box Stove Top stuffing mix) FOR THE SAUCE: 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup (undiluted) 2 tbsp. ketchup (optional) 4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce (optional) FOR THE BUNDLES: 1 lb. ground meat 1/3 cup evaporated milk
Prepare stuffing mix according to directions; set aside.
Combine the sauce ingredients; set aside.
Mix meat and milk. Flatten approximately 1/2 cup of meat mixture in palm of hand. Spoon a heaping tablespoon of stuffing mix in center of meat. Bring meat up around all sides until all stuffing mix is covered. Place in a 13x9-inch inch pan. Pour the sauce mixture over the bundles.
Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Baste several times.
