Corn Fritters 11/2 cups cooked corn 1 egg 1/3 cup milk, 1 teaspoon, melted butter 11/2 cups flour 11/2 teaspoons baking powder 3/4 teaspoon salt
Beat egg, add corn, milk and melted butter. Mix sifted flour, baking powder and salt, then combine with first mixture. Drop by spoonfuls into hot fat and cook until brown, 2 or 3 minutes.
