HONEY GARLIC CHOPS

4 boneless pork loin chops
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup honey
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. dry sherry

Combine marinade ingredients and pour over chops in heavy plastic bag, seal. Refrigerate 4-24 hours.

Prepare covered grill with drip pan in center banked by medium-hot coals.

Remove chops from marinade. Pour marinade into a small saucepan and boil 2-3 minutes.

Grill chops 12-15 minutes, turning once, and basting occasionally with reserved marinade. OR: Broil chops 5 inches from heat source, turning once, 12-15 minutes.
