NEW ORLEANS CRAB CAKES
1/2 cup green onion 1/2 cup bread crumbs 1/2 cup yellow onion 1/4 cup mayonnaise 1/4 cup celery 1/4 cup bell pepper 1/3 cup whipping cream 1 egg 1 Tbsp Cajun mustard 1 Tbsp lemon juice 1 Tbsp minced garlic 1 tsp sugar New Orleans seasoning to taste (or Emeril's Rub) Dash of Worcestershire sauce salt & pepper to taste 1 lb lump crab meat
Blend all ingredients together adding crab meat last. Form patties to the size you desire.
Fry in hot oil (your choice) until done.
Sprinkle a little more New Orleans type seasoning on the cooked cakes.
