CREAM CHEESE CORN
1/4 cup milk 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 Tbsp. butter 1/4 tsp. salt (optional) 1/8 tsp. black pepper 2 (15 oz.) cans whole kernel corn, drained chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Mix milk, cream cheese, butter, salt and pepper in saucepan. Stir constantly over low heat until cheese melts.
Add corn and blend. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
