HONEY-GLAZED CARROTS

1/4 cup orange juice
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
1/2 teaspoon grated orange rind, optional
1 (15 oz.) can sliced carrots, drained

Combine orange juice and cornstarch in glass measuring cup. Cook in microwave on High power (10) for one minute. Stir to blend.

Add honey and butter or margarine and cook for one additional minute or until sauce is thickened and clear.

Add orange rind. Pour over hot drained carrots and mix well. Reheat to desired serving temperature.
