BROILED FISH WEST INDIAN STYLE
4 1/2 lbs fish, scaled and cleaned 2 cups water 2 medium onions, cut up 1 tomato, chopped 3 tablespoons lemon or lime juice 1 tablespoon vinegar 2 teaspoon margarine 1 teaspoon Accent (MSG) TO SERVE: lime slices
Place fish will all ingredients into a saucepan and cook gently until fish is cooked, about 20 to 30 minutes.
Serve with sliced lime.
