Butternut Squash Pie
3/4 cup brown sugar 1 tablespoon flour 3/4 teaspoon fresh lemon juice 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon allspice 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger 3 large eggs 1 1/2 cups mashed cooked butternut squash 1 cup milk Pastry for 1 crust 9-inch pie, unbaked
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Combine sugar, flour, lemon juice, salt, allspice, and ginger.
Beat in eggs.
Stir in squash and milk. Turn into a 9-inch pie pan lined with pastry.
Bake in preheated oven for 40-50 minutes. Cool before serving.
