BARBECUE CUPS
1 lb. ground beef 1 cup barbecue sauce 1 (10-oz) can refrigerated bisuits (10-12) 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Coat muffin tins with cooking spray.
Brown ground beef and drain. Return ground beef to the skillet.
Stir in barbecue sauce. Let simmer for 5 minutes.
Place biscuits in prepared muffin tins, pressing to cover bottom and sides.
Spoon about 1/3 cup of meat mixture into each biscuit and sprinkle each with some of the cheese.
Bake for 12 minutes, or until golden brown.
