BAKED PENNE RIGATE
16 oz. penne rigate 1 lb. ground beef 2 jars (32 oz each) spaghetti sauce 4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided use
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 13x9-inch baking dish.
Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain and set aside.
Brown ground beef; drain.
Combine the cooked pasta, browned beef, spaghetti sauce, and 2 cups of the cheese in a large bowl; mix well. Spoon into prepared baking dish.
Bake, covered, at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
Top with the remaining 2 cups cheese. Bake, uncovered, for 10 more minutes.
