HAMBURGER AND MASHED POTATO CASSEROLE
2 lbs. ground beef 2 cans (10 oz each) condensed cream of tomato soup 2 cans (16 oz each) green beans, drained 8 or more servings instant mashed potatoes 2 or more cups shredded Cheddar cheese
Brown ground beef and drain.
Add the soup and green beans. Spoon into a casserole dish.
Prepare the mashed potatoes according to package directions. Spread over the meat mixture. Sprinkle with the cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly.
