STACY KEACH'S HOLIDAY HAM GLAZE
2 cans (12 oz each) beer 1 (6 oz) can frozen orange juice concentrate 1 tsp ground cloves 3 tbsp Dijon mustard 2/3 cup f brown sugar 1 (10-12) lb fully-cooked ham whole cloves
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
In a saucepan mix the above ingredients with a wire whisk. Heat mixture.
Meanwhile stud a 10-12 ham with whole cloves and pour warm mixture over the ham.
Bake in a 325 degree F oven about 2 hours or until heated through. Baste ham occasionally with the glaze as needed.
