CRANBERRY REFRESHER

1 (16 oz) can jellied cranberry sauce
2 cups unsweetened pineapple juice, chilled (16 oz)
1 cup cold water
1/3 cup light brown sugar
6 to 8 ice cubes

Place cranberry sauce, pineapple juice, water and brown sugar in the container of an electric blender. Cover and blend on medium speed until smooth and frothy.

Add ice cubes, cover and blend on high speed until ice cubes are crushed and mixture is well combined. Serve immediately.

Servings: 6
