SESAME BROCCOLI STIR-FRY
2 tsp cornstarch 1 tbsp soy sauce 1/3 cup Heinz chili sauce 1/4 tsp oriental sesame oil 4 cups broccoli flowerets 1 small red bell pepper, cut in strips (about 1/2 cup pepper strips) 1 tbsp vegetable oil 1 cup quartered small fresh mushrooms 1 small onion; in thin wedges 2 tsp toasted sesame seeds
Dissolve cornstarch in soy sauce; stir in chili sauce and sesame oil and set aside.
In large skillet or wok, stir-fry broccoli and red pepper 1 minute.
Add mushrooms and onions; stir-fry 1 minute.
Stir in chili sauce mixture; heat, stirring, until sauce is thickened and vegetables are coated.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
