ITALIAN OVEN-FRIED CHICKEN
4 to 6 chicken breasts 1 (1/2 oz.) package spaghetti sauce mix 2 tablespoons fine dry bread crumbs
Mix the spaghetti sauce mix and bread crumbs in shallow bowl. Dip the chicken in water, and then in the crumb mixture. Place skin side down in baking pan and cover with foil.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Uncover, turn the chicken over, and bake for 30 more minutes uncovered.
