SMOKED HAM AND SHARP CHEDDAR ROLL-UPS WITH SWEET HOT MUSTARD
4 large flour tortillas or wraps 4 tablespoons sweet hot mustard 12 ounces sharp Cheddar or Swiss cheese, grated 6 ounces smoked ham, sliced thin 2 tablespoons butter
Spread 1 tablespoon mustard over each tortilla or wrap. Sprinkle with grated cheese and top with ham, spreading evenly.
Preheat a large saute pan over medium heat for three minutes.
Place a little butter in the pan and melt. Place an assembled wrap in the pan. Allow the cheese to melt, about three minutes, and slide out of the pan onto a large work surface. Return the pan to the heat and repeat the process for the remaining three wraps.
While the other wraps are cooking, roll up the cooked wrap tightly. Repeat with the remaining wraps.
May be served whole or sliced in one-inch-thick spirals as an appetizer.
