MADE-IN-A-MINUTE TURKEY DIVAN
1 package (10 ounces) frozen broccoli spears, thawed 4 slices (1/4 inch each) turkey breast 1 can (10 1/2 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup 1 1/2 cups (6 ounces) shredded Wisconsin Swiss cheese 1 tablespoon dry white wine 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
Divide broccoli spears equally on each slice of turkey. Roll up and place seam side down in 9 inch greased baking dish.
Combine remaining ingredients in microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high power for 1 to 2 minutes.
Pour sauce mixture over turkey; cover with plastic wrap. With a knife, pierce plastic wrap close to edge. Microwave on high for 8 to 10 minutes, rotating dish once during cooking time. Let stand for 4 to 5 minutes.
