PINEAPPLE CHEESE BALL
2 pkg. (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained 1/2 cup chopped onion 1/4 cup chopped green pepper 1 teaspoon all seasoning salt 1 cup crushed pecans (for coating)
Mix above ingredients expect pecans together. Form into a ball and refrigerate until well chilled.
Roll in crushed pecans. Refrigerate until serving time.
Makes 1 cheese ball
