Recipe: Ravishing Rocky Road

Ravishing Rocky Road Candy (microwave)

1 1/2 pounds milk chocolate, broken or chopped
2 cups large marshmallows, halved or miniature marshmallows
1 1/2 cups coarsely chopped Diamond Walnuts

Place chocolate in 2-quart glass measuring cup with handle. Microwave at HIGH 2 1/2 minutes. Stir until evenly melted.

Fold in marshmallows and walnuts; coat evenly

Turn into buttered 8-inch square pan. Chill until set.

Cut into squares.

Makes 2 pounds
