CLASSIC FRENCH DRESSING Makes 1 cup
2/3 cup vegetable or olive oil 1/2 cup cider or wine vinegar 1/2 tsp sugar 1 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper
Combine in a screw-top jar with a tight fitting lid.
Shake well to blend; chill.
BLUE CHEESE FRENCH DRESSING Makes 1 1/4 cups
1 cup Classic French Dressing 1/3 cup coarsely crumbled blue cheese 1 clove garlic, peeled and minced
