ITALIAN ORANGE BROCCOLI SALAD

2 pkg (10 oz each) frozen broccoli spears
1/2 cup celery, diagonally sliced
3/4 cup bottled Italian dressing
1/4 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
1/4 tsp dill weed
2 to 3 oranges, peeled and sectioned
3 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
1/3 cup sliced ripe olives
Salad greens

Cook broccoli according to pkg directions until just tender; drain. Arrange in shallow dish with celery.

Combine Italian dressing (as needed), orange juice and dill; pour over vegetables. Chill. Reserve remaining dressing.

To serve, arrange broccoli, orange sections, sliced eggs and olives on crisp salad greens. Spoon celery and remaining dressing over salad.
