HERB GARDEN SALAD
6 cups mixed greens,* torn into pieces 1/3 cup mixed fresh herbs,** chopped 4 red radishes, thinly sliced 2 tbsp organic extra virgin olive oil 1 tbsp organic balsamic vinegar
12 cherry tomatoes 16 walnut halves freshly ground black pepper
Toss the greens, herbs, and radishes with the oil and toss again with the vinegar.
In a serving bowl or on individual plates, arrange the salad with the cherry tomatoes and walnuts on top. Dust lightly with pepper and serve.
*OPTIONS FOR GREENS: Red leaf lettuce, Boston or Romaine lettuce, radicchio, arugula, etc.
**FRESH HERB OPTIONS: Parsley, thyme, basil, chives, cilantro, dill, tarragon, etc.
