GARLIC-HERB MEAT LOAF
7 tablespoons ketchup, divided use 1 cup quick-cooking oats 1/2 cup finely chopped onion 2 tablespoons dried parsley 1 tablespoon dried basil 3/4 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1 pound ground sirloin 1 pound ground turkey 2 large eggs, lightly beaten 2 large egg whites, lightly beaten 2 garlic cloves, minced
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Combine 3 tablespoons ketchup, oats and remaining ingredients in a large bowl, stir mixture until well-blended.
Shape meat mixture into a 9x5-inch loaf on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray; spoon the remaining 4 tablespoons ketchup over meat loaf. Insert a meat thermometer into loaf.
Bake at 375 degrees F for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until a thermometer registers 160F. Let stand 10 minutes.
Remove meat loaf from pan; cut into 16 slices.
