Jack Daniel's Double Shot Pork or Poultry Glaze

1/2 cup Jack Daniel's whiskey
1 1/3 cups honey
3 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp black pepper, freshly ground

Combine all ingredients; mix well.

Serve as a sauce or glaze for grilled chicken or pork.

Makes 2 cups
