HONEY HAM KABOBS
1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed 1/2 cup honey 1/2 cup orange juice 1 1/2 lb fully cooked ham steak, cut into 1-inch cubes 1 small pineapple, peeled, cored and cut into 1-inch cubes 16 large pimiento-stuffed olives
Combine brown sugar, honey, and orange juice; mix well, and set aside.
Alternate ham, pineapple, and olives on skewers.
Grill over medium heat 10 to 12 minutes, turning often. Baste liberally with honey mixture after each turn.
