COTTAGE CHEESE-VEGETABLE SANDWICHES
1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese 2 tablespoons shredded carrot 1 tablespoon chopped celery 1 tablespoon chopped green pepper 1 teaspoon very finely chopped onion dash pepper 4 slices bread
Mix all ingredients except bread.
Spread one-half of mixture on each of 2 bread slices.
Top with remaining bread.
