TEXAS BARBECUE SAUCE1 cup ketchup
1 cup
Worcestershire sauce1/2 cup
red wine vinegar3 cloves garlic, minced or pressed
1 tbsp
peanut oil2 tsp
chili powder1 tsp
celery saltIn a saucepan, combine ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and red wine vinegar. Add garlic. Bring to a boil.
Add peanut oil and stir. Simmer for about 15 minutes. Cool slightly.
Add chili powder and celery salt. Let stand for a few minutes.
Good to perk up any meat or chicken dish.
