BRUSSELS SPROUTS IN SOUR CREAM)
2 packages frozen Brussels sprouts (or equivalent fresh
3/4 cup sour cream
1/2 cup toasted slivered almonds
1/4 cup chopped pimiento
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
Cook sprouts in 1/2 cup boiling water in 2 quart Microwave dish on High for 9 minutes or until just tender. Drain.
Add remaining ingredients to dish. Gently stir.
Before serving,
Microwave on Medium powder until hot.
Notes: Can easily be cut in half.
