SALSA BEEF BISCUIT BAKE1 pound ground beef (or ground turkey) 1 (16 ounce) jar Old El Paso Thick 'N Chunky Salsa2 cups original Bisquick mix3/4 cup milk 1 medium green onion, chopped (2 tablespoons) 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (4 ounces) TO SERVE (OPTIONAL):chopped fresh tomatoes sour cream chopped avocado Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray square pan, 9x9x2 inches, with cooking spray. Cook beef in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until brown; drain. Stir salsa into beef. Spread meat mixture in prepared pan; set aside. Stir Bisquick mix, the milk, onion and cheese until soft dough forms. Drop dough by 12 tablespoonfuls over mixture in pan. Bake uncovered about 25 minutes or until golden brown and toothpick inserted in biscuits comes out clean. SPECIAL TOUCH: Garnish with the works, chopped tomatoes, sour cream and chopped avocado!
