CRUNCHY GINGER-NUT DIP1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup Dr. Pepper
1 tablespoon grated orange rind
1 tablespoon crystallized ginger
2 tablespoons coarsely chopped salted peanuts
Process cream cheese and Dr. Pepper in blender container until light and fluffy.
Stir in orange rind, ginger and peanuts.
Serve with fruit.
Makes 1 1/2 cups
