PIQUANT LIMA BEAN SALAD2 pkg (10 oz each) frozen lima beans
1 cup diced celery
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
4 green onions, chopped
1 dill pickle, diced
3 tbsp prepared
horseradish mustard2 tbsp lemon juice
Cook lima beans according to pkg directions; drain.
Combine remaining ingredients; toss with lima beans.
Refrigerate at least 8 hours.
