BLUE HAWAII COLE SLAW

2 cans (15.25 oz each) DOLEŽ Tropical Fruit Salad
1 (16 oz) package DOLE Classic Cole Slaw
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons chopped DOLE Green Onion
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Drain tropical fruit salad; reserve 2 tbsp juice.

Combine cole slaw, tropical fruit salad and blue cheese in large serving bowl; set aside.

Stir together mayonnaise, reserved juice, onion, lemon and pepper in small bowl. Spoon over cole slaw; toss to evenly coat. Cover; chill 1 hour to blend flavors.

Garnish with additional crumbled blue cheese, if desired.
