STEAK IN ENCHILADA SAUCE
1 lg. can red enchilada sauce 1 lg. can green enchilada sauce 1 1/2 to 2 lbs. Harris Ranch round steak cut into 2 inch squares 1 lg. onion chopped fine 2 cloves garlic chopped fine rice (optional) tortillas (optional)
Fry meat until brown then add all of the onion and garlic, cover with water. Cook down until tender, then add both cans of sauce and simmer for about one hour. Serve over rice or put entire mixture with rice into tortillas.
