SALMON DIP
1 (6 oz) can salmon, drained and flaked 1 (3 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened 2 tbsp milk 1/4 cup pickle relish 3 tbsp chopped green onions 2 tsp lemon juice chips, crackers or assorted raw vegetables (to serve)
Combine salmon, cream cheese, milk, relish, onion and lemon juice, mix well. Chill.
Serve with chips, crackers or assorted raw vegetables, as desired.
