TACO PUFF SNACKS
1/4 lb mild pork sausage 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 3/4 cup biscuit mix 3 tbsp mild taco sauce
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
In a skillet, brown and crumble the sausage. Remove skillet from heat and to cool a few minutes. Remove excess fat.
In a mixing bowl, combine sausage, cheese, biscuit mix, and taco sauce.
Form into small balls, about one inch in diameter. Place in a single layer on an ungreased baking sheet.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until puffs are lightly browned
