I tried the Triple Chocolate Mess. I was expecting something creamier since it was to be served with ice cream. I couldn't understand the crockpot coooking time of 6 hours. So as it appeared to "coagulate" I kept adding water and stirring it throughout the afternoon. By the time the guests arrived it was a real mess. It had the consistency of cooked oatmeal. Served over ice cream it was still very tasty, but what should it have looked like when finished. What did I do wrong?
