VEGETABLE SEASONING MIX
2 3/4 teaspoons sweet (not hot) paprika 1 teaspoon salt 3/4 teaspoon dry mustard 3/4 teaspoon ground ginger 3/4 teaspoon California red chiles, dried and ground 3/4 teaspoon guajillo or ancho chiles, dried and ground 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg 1/2 teaspoon onion powder 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1/2 teaspoon white pepper 1/8 teaspoon dill seeds, ground
Mix all ingredients. Use in stews and soups.
