CRANBERRY-ORANGE CINNAMON SAUCE

3 cups cranberries
2 small oranges, unpeeled and sliced into rings (remove seeds)
1 cup water
1/4 cup orange juice
3 cinnamon sticks
2 tablespoons honey

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Lower the heat and simmer for 15 minutes until cranberries pop. Chill and serve.

Servings: 6 (1/2 cup each)
