HOLLYBERRY DIP FOR FRUIT
1 (8 ounces) tub soft cream cheese (use reduced-fat, if desired) 1/2 cup KARO Light Corn Syrup 2 tablespoons sugar 1/2 cup light sour cream 1 cup fresh cranberries, chopped 2 teaspoons grated orange peel TO SERVE: fresh fruit dippers or shortbread cookies
Beat cream cheese, KARO and sugar in a small bowl with wire whisk or mixer at medium speed until fluffy. Blend in sour cream. Fold in cranberries and orange peel.
Spoon into serving dish. Cover and chill for 2 hours to blend flavors.
Serve with fresh fruit dippers or shortbread cookies.
