WARMED CRANBERRY BRIE1/3 cup crushed whole cranberry sauce 2 tablespoons brown sugar 1/4 teaspoon rum extract (or orange extract) 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg 1 (8 ounce) round brie cheese 2 tablespoons chopped pecans Preheat oven to 500 degrees F. Combine the cranberry sauce, brown sugar, rum extract, and nutmeg in a bowl; mix well. Peel off the top of the Brie cheese round, leaving 1/4-inch rim. Top the Brie cheese with the cranberry mixture.
