JACK DANIEL'S MULBERRY CREEK RUMAKI1/4 cup Jack Daniels Whiskey
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 tablespoons honey
1/2 lb chicken livers, separated
1/2 lb bacon slices, cut in half
1 small can water chestnuts, drained
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Combine Jack Daniels whiskey, soy sauce and honey. Dip livers in mixture and coat well. Wrap bacon around a piece of liver and a chestnut half; secure with a toothpick. Place on rack atop baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes or until bacon is crisp, turning once.
