This was the first recipe that I ever had for "guacamole." It is creamy and good but doesn't very much resemble guacamole as we know it now.
AVOCADO DIP
1 1/2 ripe avocados 2 oz. cream cheese 2 tablespoons milk 1 to 2 tsp. lemon juice 1 1/2 tsp. minced onion Salt 1 1/2 cloves garlic, minced
Soften cream cheese with milk. Add remaining ingredients. Blend in blender or food processor until smooth. Serve with potato or corn chips.
