BRAUNSCHWEIGER SPREAD
8 oz liver sausage 3 oz cream cheese, softened 1/3 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing 2 tbsp dill pickle relish 2 tbsp chopped onion 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce 1/8 tsp garlic powder chopped fresh parsley (for garnish) assorted crackers
Combine the first seven ingredients and pat into a bowl lined with plastic wrap. Cover with the wrap and chill.
Invert onto a serving platter and sprinkle with parsley.
Serve with crackers.
Yield: about 1 1/2 cups
