HICKORY SMOKED CHEESE DIP

1 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp hickory smoked salt
1 tbsp minced green onion

Blend the cottage cheese and sour cream until smooth. Add the remaining ingredients blending well. Cover and chill.

Makes about 1 1/2 cups of dip.
