PEPPER STEAK (OLD BAY SEASONING VERSION)
1 lb round steak, cut in thin strips 2 tbsp butter or margarine 1 cup sliced green pepper 1 cup sliced onion 1/2 cup coarsely chopped celery 1 cup sliced mushrooms 1 tsp salt 1 1/2 tsp Baltimore Spice Old Bay Seasoning 1 tbsp corn starch 1 cup water 2 tbsp soy sauce hot cooked rice
In skillet, brown round steak slightly in butter or margarine.
Add vegetables, salt and Baltimore Spice Old Bay Seasoning. Stir fry about 5 minutes.
Mix corn starch with water and soy sauce. Pour over vegetables in pan. Stir until sauce is thick and slightly transparent.
Serve over rice.
